The Friends celebrated their 10th Anniversary at the Cafe Day on Sunday 17th of July in glorious weather that saw a large number of visitors enjoying the activities in the Park.

There was also pond dipping with Park Manager Kevin Burke, a Nature Hunt and a Nearly New Stall arranged by June Turner.
A special Anniversary cake was baked by Janet Suggitt, daughter of founder member Barbara Littlewood, and this was cut by Bobbie Hillman, Chair of the Friends Group.
The day was a huge success and the Friends would like to thank everyone who helped make it such an enjoyable occasion, especially Bill, Monica, Lorraine, Kevin, Janet and June together with all the volunteers helping run the Cafe.
