The Friends Voluntary Rangers had a working day on Saturday 9th of June and spent a few hours doing several tasks to tidy up the Park.
The concrete troughs at the Park entrance were replanted. The nettles in the Russ Howes bird feeding area were cut back and more bird feeders installed. The booting area flower beds at the Visitors Centre were weeded and plants pruned. Nettles were cut back on the paths near the Visitors Centre.
Thanks to all the Voluntary Rangers, especially our new recruits Jo Brookes, Sue Turner and Gill Freer.
