The new Green Man Trail at Ulley Country Park was launched at the Friends Cafe Day in conjunction with Paul Casson-Yardley, the artist that has created the sculptures used in the Trail. A set of sculptures erected in the Park between the Visitors Centre and Reservoir Road bridge proved elusive for many people to spot but several young eyes managed to find the Green Men and win a copy of the Ulley Country Park book. Ewan and Noel Eastwood, Ruby Jones, Emily, Harper and Jem all completed the Green Man Trail successfully.

The Cafe was very busy again as the lovely weather brought many visitors to the Park.

Raffle prizes were won as follows :-

Plant – Sue Turner, Pamper set – Heather Munn, Chocolates – Josie Plumber, Place mats – Eric Duke, Wine and allsorts – Mr Gunstone, Wine – Kath Oldfield

Thanks to everyone who visited the Friends Cafe and made the day so successful.
