The Friends have organised two concrete planting troughs to enhance the appearance of the entrance to the Park and these have now been planted up with spring flowers.

Thanks to the three local Councillors for Rother Vale Ward Leon Allcock, Bob Walsh and Amy Brookes who kindly provided a Community Leadership Fund grant to purchase the planters and Guilthwaite Nursery who gave a generous discount on the cost of the plants.
