It was a beautiful day for the official opening of The Spillway and Mosaic Artwork project. The Mayor, Councillor Eve Rose Keenan unveiled a commemorative plaque and then the magnificent mosaic created by Coralie Turpin depicting the flood of 2007. It was a very special event supported by all the schools and community groups that have made individual mosaics. Thanks to the Mayor, Coralie and everyone else who made this such a memorable occasion.
